Andrew Cuomo told a packed room during a rally in Cazenovia that he needs partners like Senator Dave Valesky in Albany. 

"If you want the types of reforms we need to change Albany, then I need Dave Valesky in the Senate. Dave is a reformer and I need him in Albany to help me reform the system."

Cuomo was in town to deliver his message of changing New York for the better, and encouraged the 100-plus attendees to make their voices heard by voting on Election Day.
